Chaa Da Cup - Please! is a food blog created for all food lovers

(n.b - mostly chai loving lovers).

The various mixtures of ingredients and recipes complement a hearty Chaa Da Cup! - you'll probably be looking (asking) for one ;)

This is my version of home cooked Punjabi-Kenyan heartiness.

No.34 – Yogurt Mint Chutney


5 different ingredients - 10min to prepare - serves over 5 people

Ingredients:

250ml - plain yogurt.


5 bunches - mint.


1 tsp - salt.


3 medium - green chillies.


100ml - milk.


Method:

In a large bowl add 250ml of plain yogurt and 100ml of milk.

Wash and finely cut 5 bunches of mint and 3 medium sized green chillies, add the mint and green chillies to the bowl and 1 tsp of salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they combine as one.

Fridge the chutney and serve it with some bhajia and a steaming hot Chaa da Cup - Please!
